We would like you to know how we feel about providing orthodontic care for our patients. We know you have a choice of where to get your orthodontic treatment. We, also, have a choice: we have chosen to be a small, caring, personal group of friendly health care professionals rather than a large clinic too busy to give each person the time and individual attention they deserve.

Communication is important in any relationship. We use it to inform and educate you; we need and encourage your feedback so that we can continuously improve your treatment here - if you don't like the service you get here, we'd like you to tell us; if you do like the service you get here, we'd like you to tell your friends.

We feel responsible to provide you a safe and comfortable place for your orthodontic treatment. We will exceed the recommended sterilization guidelines and always use high quality equipment and supplies.

As we said above, our personable style means that all of us are accessible to your needs. You'll always find us friendly and accommodating because we really care about you and how you are treated here. We want you feel at home while visiting our office.

We individualize every aspect of your relationship with our practice to better suit your needs, from your treatment plan and fee structure to your appointment scheduling and retainer color.
